First Realty Capital Holdings is a New York- based family office specializing in the financing of commercial real estate debt nationwide. Our team of professionals have extensive experience in loan originations, structured finance and loan servicing. Our note financing platform provides non-bank lenders with a $10mm-$50mm senior debt facility to leverage existing and future loans in their portfolios. Additionally, we offer $2mm-$25mm individual note financing. Both our facility and individual loans primarily finance mortgages secured by multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, light industrial and high-end single-family investment properties.
